El movimiento <strong>redujo la capitalizaci\u00f3n total del activo a USD 2,03 billones<\/strong>, mientras su <strong>dominancia sobre las altcoins subi\u00f3 al 58,5%<\/strong>, seg\u00fan datos de CoinGecko.<\/p>\n<p>La ca\u00edda ocurre en medio de una<strong> creciente volatilidad en el mercado cripto<\/strong> y del aumento de las especulaciones sobre el inicio de un nuevo ciclo bajista. La presi\u00f3n aument\u00f3 despu\u00e9s de la <strong>decisi\u00f3n de la Reserva Federal (Fed) de reducir las tasas de inter\u00e9s<\/strong>. En ciclos anteriores, este tipo de movimiento sol\u00eda impulsar los activos de riesgo. Sin embargo, esta vez vino acompa\u00f1ado de una<strong> fuerte toma de ganancias.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entre el lunes y el martes, el <strong>BTC cay\u00f3 de USD 110.000 a USD 104.000<\/strong>. Posteriormente,<strong> profundiz\u00f3 su descenso hasta los USD 99.000<\/strong>, su nivel m\u00e1s bajo desde junio. El escenario llev\u00f3 a varios analistas del mercado a cuestionar si <strong>el activo est\u00e1 a punto de entrar en una fase prolongada de correcci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Altcoins en retroceso y pocas excepciones positivas<\/h2>\n<p><strong>El declive de Bitcoin arrastr\u00f3 a la mayor\u00eda de las principales criptomonedas alternativas (altcoins).<\/strong> Ethereum (ETH), por ejemplo, cay\u00f3 de <strong>USD 3.900 a menos de USD 3.300<\/strong>, borrando todas las ganancias acumuladas en el a\u00f1o. La mayor altcoin del mercado registra una ca\u00edda diaria del 6,1%, la m\u00e1s pronunciada dentro del Top 10.<\/p>\n<p>Otros grandes activos como <strong>BNB, XRP, SOL, ADA, LINK, DOGE, BCH y XLM<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n registraron descensos significativos en las \u00faltimas 24 horas.
