Ella misma manifest\u00f3 que la entidad se \u201ccompromete a apoyar el viaje <a href=\"https:\/\/www.criptofacil.com\/es\/sony-anuncia-estrategia-web3-con-su-propia-blockchain-soneium\/\">Web3 de Hong Kong<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el regulador remarc\u00f3 que \u201creconoce los beneficios potenciales del staking para mejorar la seguridad de las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.criptofacil.com\/es\/ethereum-recupera-su-posicion-como-blockchain-lider-y-supera-a-solana\/\">redes blockchain<\/a> y permitir a los inversores obtener rendimientos\u201d. En consecuencia, la \u00faltima orientaci\u00f3n permite a los criptoexchanges proporcionar ofertas de servicios de staking.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lee tambi\u00e9n: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.criptofacil.com\/es\/el-token-subbd-alcanza-los-100-000-dolares-en-pocos-dias-y-se-consolida-en-la-nueva-era-de-la-ia-creativa\/\">El token SUBBD alcanza los 100.000 d\u00f3lares en pocos d\u00edas y se consolida en la nueva era de la IA creativa<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Nuevas normas para el staking<\/h2>\n<p>A partir de esta nueva normativa, la SFC exigir\u00e1 a las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.criptofacil.com\/es\/blackrock-recibe-aprobacion-para-operar-con-criptomonedas-en-el-reino-unido\/\">bolsas de criptomonedas<\/a> que obtengan una aprobaci\u00f3n por escrito antes de ofrecer servicios de staking, que mantengan el control sobre los activos virtuales staked y que no deleguen la custodia a terceros.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, los exchanges de criptomonedas que se dediquen al staking deben revelar a sus clientes todos los riesgos y detalles pertinentes relativos a las comisiones, los periodos m\u00ednimos de bloqueo, los procesos de retiro, los procesos de interrupci\u00f3n y los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.criptofacil.com\/es\/banco-itau-defiende-las-stablecoins-y-la-autocustodia-de-criptomonedas\/\">acuerdos de custodia<\/a>. Por \u00faltimo, los proveedores deben informar de sus actividades de staking a la SFC.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, las nuevas normas se aplican a los fondos con m\u00e1s del 10% de su valor neto invertido directa o indirectamente en activos digitales. Los fondos solo pueden adquirir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.criptofacil.com\/es\/bitcoin-gana-fuerza-en-america-latina-descubre-como-proteger-tus-activos-con-best-wall\/\">activos virtuales<\/a> que tambi\u00e9n est\u00e9n directamente disponibles para el p\u00fablico local y dependan de plataformas autorizadas por la SFC. La exposici\u00f3n apalancada est\u00e1 prohibida.<\/p>\n<h2>Hong Kong apoya el desarrollo Web3<\/h2>\n<p>En su \u00faltimo discurso, Choi ratific\u00f3 que el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.criptofacil.com\/es\/banco-estatal-de-francia-invierte-27-millones-de-dolares-en-criptomonedas-y-web3\/\">espacio Web3<\/a> a\u00fan est\u00e1 evolucionando y que \u201ctodos sus beneficios se desplegar\u00e1n con el tiempo, probablemente con vueltas y revueltas\u201d. \u201cCreemos en un enfoque pragm\u00e1tico: fortalecer los fundamentos y fomentar un ecosistema de apoyo donde Web3 pueda prosperar de manera sostenible\u201d, sostuvo.<\/p>\n<p>Los comentarios de la funcionaria siguen a informes recientes acerca de los tokens no fungibles (NFT) y sus repentinos descensos.
